L8 Monitoring and Paper Work Management

As part of your requirement to maintain your site's water systems, we can provide the necessary paper work, in the form of a Water Services Log Book and we can monitor your system contractually on a regular basis to maintain your duty of care.

Compliant with L8 -The Approved Code of Practice and Guidance Document, the maintenance of such a document will ensure you are performing all the necessary tasks to remain legal.

Water monitoring is only part of the story however.  Regular cleaning and disinfection of services will ensure that the water system remains "healthy".

The contract would include:

A Legionella Risk Assessment

Undertaking regular temperature monitoring and sampling for legionella and TVC (Total Viable Count) a general bacterial count.

De-scaling, cleaning and disinfection of outlets and showers.

Annual and Bi-annual reviews as necessary to ensure the assessment and paper work are up to date.
